Like Magazine, hate App.

You get an email telling you the next issue is available but you cant load it and support people have no clue.
My New Yorker appears on my bookshelf magically and all I do is press the little cloud and in about a minute - presto - my new issue appears! Fortune, hire some 16 year olds to fix your App.
